Rival DB is back ! 3.2.2 support

I just commited revision 7 to the new SVN having full support to arcemu 3.2.2. For you hearthstone / aspire users please stand by while I make a converter. But Rival Database will now be focusing on arcemu and aspire as second.

Please don't forget to post all bugs you find on the bugtracker

The more you report the more that gets fixed (Post all the bugs on the '3.1.2 rivaldb')
